Last updated: Draft — not yet finalized

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Khollar (the "Service"), operated from Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service WIP

Khollar is a wine-logging and social diary application. It allows users to record wines they have tasted, build a taste profile, and optionally share their activity with friends.

2. Eligibility WIP

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use the Service. By using Khollar you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account WIP

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content you post WIP

You retain ownership of the content you create on Khollar (photos, notes, ratings, lists). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable use WIP

You agree not to use Khollar to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data without permission, or impersonate other people or producers.

6. Paid plans WIP

Some features (Cellar tier, Winemaker tier, Wine Dealer tier) are offered as paid subscriptions billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Termination WIP

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers WIP

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability WIP

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law WIP

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Switzerland.

11. Changes WIP

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.

12. Contact
